Galatians 5:16-26
The fruit of the Spirit is the Holy Spirit’s presence and working in believers’ lives, opposing the works of the flesh. The word ”agape” is a Greek word to translate for love. With His love, it is the opposite of love describing in the dictionary. What He has done is shown His love (1 John 4:8). Love is the most powerful He has given, not like the worldly description. That is His nature and strong character -- displaying His love. His agape love is given a beautiful to describe in 1 Corinthians 13. Other cross-references are to be found as well.
So the fruit of the Spirit abides in us (believers) with love leading with other virtues (characters) - joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Brothers and sisters in Christ, we are to unite and love one another as we are to display from what Christ has shown His Love to us.
